The People and The Work

The inaugural photoshoot for the Workday rebrand, tasked with establishing the visual benchmark for our new human-centric identity.

To launch the Workday rebrand, we needed to move away from stock imagery and define a proprietary visual language that authentically depicts the people and the work we support. Partnering with agency Koto and photographer Joe Perri, I led the production of a library of assets that would become the cornerstone of our global visual identity.

Served as the lead producer, managing complex logistics including location scouting and site selection to ensure environments felt modern, authentic, and aspirational.

Directed on-set art direction, overseeing hair, wardrobe, and styling management to ensure every visual element adhered to the new brand palette and "human-first" policy.

Acted as the primary bridge between the internal Workday brand team, Koto, and Joe Perri, translating high-level brand concepts into tangible photographic directives.

Managed the post-production process, selecting and refining the final image library to ensure a cohesive narrative that could scale across web, print, and OOH channels.

Sports Ambassador Photography

Established a framework for the acquisition, curation, and management of high-value assets featuring Workday’s global sports ambassadors.

Managing the visuals of high-profile athletes requires precision, speed, and strict adherence to contractual and brand guidelines. I created a streamlined workflow to transform raw photographic captures into a cohesive, legally approved library accessible to the global organization.

Established the end-to-end process for ingestion and management of large-scale asset batches, reducing friction between photoshoot production and final library availability. Orchestrated cross-disciplinary creative panels—bringing together design and brand stakeholders—to curate final selects that align with brand aesthetics.

Served as the strategic liaison between the Creative Department and Sports Marketing, managing the critical ambassador sign-off loops to ensure all imagery met talent approval and contractual compliance.

Spearheaded the comprehensive refresh of executive imagery, defining a consistent visual language that balances executive authority with the brand’s human-centric ethos.

Acted as the primary creative consultant for the C-Suite, providing high-touch guidance on wardrobe, styling, and logistics while navigating complex schedules to ensure a seamless and efficient experience.

Partnered on-set with photographer, Jim Johnson, to direct lighting, posing, and demeanor, ensuring every portrait captured the authentic personality of the leader while maintaining visual cohesion across the group.

Managed the post-production workflow, overseeing retouching standards and facilitating the final sign-off process to guarantee stakeholder satisfaction and brand compliance.
